Hude update to the biomes list! Added new biomes from the
Nether Update, the Caves & Cliffs updates, the Wild
Update, and the Trails & Tails update. Also, the rest have
had their names updated to the most recent version.

Updated the background block textures from 1.17. Now with
ore-ier ores!
